Waterton Park Hotel Wedding Fayre update

It was great weather for ducks and judging by the flocks of geese, swans and all the other birds that inhabit the lake around Walton Hall, they were having a great time, not much fun for the exhibitors and prosective Bride and Grooms. We all got wet, it has to be said, and I thought that it would have put a lot of people coming…. how wrong was I??.

Nice weather for the ducks!

This wedding fayre is one of the most successful we attend and the reason is that is not too big so people dont  get overloaded with too much information and end up more confused going out as they did coming in!

For those of you who have just got engaged its a great place to find out information on just about anything connected to weddings. As a wedding photographer I know lots of people go on to my Website to look at the style of pictures we take and thats great but you really need to get your hands on the albums and ask all the relevant questions to a real person, which is much more “user friendly” then the computer:-)

Pauline and Amanda came to see me at the end of the day and give me the staggering news that they had a record breaking number of “Brides” through the door (Chelsea were playing Arsenal live on Sky so that accounted for some of the grooms not been here!). A total of 201 which was fantastic.

The people we met, have made appointments to view our work and the slideshow presentations we show at your wedding in our purpose built studio so we are looking forward to meeting up again over the next few days.

Our next Wedding fayre that we are attending is at The Bridge Inn Wetherby which is to be held in January. I will be posting more details later.
